NAC Has 7 Cross Country Teams Honored With USTFCCCA All-Academic Award

Seven Northern Athletics Conference men's and women's cross country teams were among the 318 in NCAA Division III to earn 2011 All-Academic status from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

To qualify as a USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team, the team must have had a cumulative team GPA of 3.10 or better through the 2011 fall semester.

Of the three men's teams to be honored, Concordia Chicago had the highest GPA at 3.31, followed by Benedictine at 3.26 and MSOE at 3.17.

Benedictine led the four women's teams with a 3.40 GPA, followed by Concordia Chicago and MSOE at 3.18, and Rockford at 3.14.
