Edgewood's Josh Williams and Rockford's Genesis Cerrato were named the Northern Athletics Conference Men's and Women's Cross Country Student-Athletes of the Week for events of October 10-16.
Williams (Madison, Wis.) finished 47th in a field of more than 400 runners and was the top NAC finisher at the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational on Saturday. He finished the 8K in a time of 25:59.
Cerrato (Las Vegas, Nev.) was the top NAC finisher at the Brooks Invitational. The sophomore set a personal best time on the 6K course and also set the best time any Rockford runner has had at the course by over a minute with a time of 23:34.
