ANKENY, Iowa -- Senior Crusader Torey DeLozier reached perhaps her biggest career milestone by breaking the all-time record for career kills in the Northern Athletics Conference, 1,945, set by Benedictine's Kayla Leyden from 2007-2010, a feat accomplished in just over three years.

Seventeen was the magic number, as the 5-10 outside hitter needed 22 kills on a .678 attacking percentage to boost her total to 1,951 in a 3-0 win over Grace University at the Spikefest Tournament in Ankeny, Iowa.

Heading into the season, DeLozier ranked second all-time in the NAC in attacking percentage (.351) and points (2,178) and could conceivably break the 2,000 plateau in the next few games.
