Rockford hires new volleyball coach
ROCKFORD, Ill. -- Rockford College Athletic Director Hank Espensen recently announced the hiring of former Kishwaukee College assistant coach Wil Christiansen as Rockford College’s new head volleyball coach. Christiansen replaces Rodney Pritchett, who led the Regents program for the past two years.

NAC women's volleyball tournament begins Tuesday night
VERONA, Wis. -- The top six Northern Athletics Conference women's volleyball teams are set to begin the 2006 Northern Athletics Conference women's volleyball tournament next week. Two first round matches will take place the coming Tuesday, October 31 at 7:00pm.

Lakeland selected to win inaugural NAC volleyball title
VERONA, Wis. -- Lakeland College has been voted by the coaches as the preseason favorite for the upcoming Northern Athletics Conference women's volleyball season. Benedictine University was selected second, followed by Maranatha Baptist Bible College at No. 3.

Schlomer accepts head volleyball position at Edgewood
MADISON, Wis. -- Edgewood College athletic director Al Brisack announced today that Paul Schlomer has been named head women's volleyball coach. Schlomer was appointed interim coach of the Eagles' volleyball program on March 21, 2006 and served in that role through the duration of the spring practice and training season.
