Anderson named Scholar All-American
MEQUON, Wis. -- Concordia University Wisconsin goalkeeper Tom Anderson got his just rewards after 85 games of spectacular saves for the Falcons plus outstanding work in the classroom. He was named to the second team NSCAA/adidas Scholar All-American today.

Dokey earns NSCAA All-Central Region honor
MADISON, Wis. -- Edgewood College men’s soccer player Jerrid Dokey earned the first All-Region award of his career this weekend. Dokey, a native of Green Bay, was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association All-Central Region Third Team after leading the Eagles in points and assists this season.

Both Edgewood College soccer teams earn NSCAA academic award
MADISON, Wis. -- The term student-athlete isn't just lip service for the Edgewood College men's and women's soccer teams. Both squads received the 2009 College Team Academic Award from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). Edgewood College is one of 99 schools in the nation (all NCAA divisions and NAIA) to have both their men’s and women’s teams honored.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- The 2009 NCAA Division III Championship run came to a close for the Dominican University men's soccer team on Friday night with a 1-0 loss to Calvin College in San Antonio, Texas, in the national semifinal round. The Stars season closes with a 19-2-3 overall record.

DUBUQUE, Iowa -- The Dominican University Stars punched their ticket to the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championship Semifinals with a 2-0 win over the Whitworth University Pirates in Dubuque, Iowa, on Sunday night. The Stars, now 19-1-3 on the season, posted their third straight shutout victory over a ranked team after posting back-to-back 1-0 victories over No. 24 UW-Whitewater and No. 7 Loras College.
