May 3-9

Snyder led the Spartans in the circle to the 2010 NAC Tournament Championship and an appearance in the 2010 NCAA III Softball Championship last week. She earned the victory in each of AU's three contests, striking out 16 hitters in 21 innings pitched.

Wilcox helped lead the Spartans to the 2010 NAC Tournament Championship and an appearance in the 2010 NCAA III Softball Championship last week. In the three games of the NAC tournament, Wilcox hit .500 with three home runs, one double, five RBIs and three runs scored. She had a 1.333 slugging percentage and a .500 on-base percentage in the tourney as well.

Snyder had five complete games in her six starts on the week and struck out 64 in 43-1/3 innings pitched. She had one-hit shutouts against Dominican (4-0) and Wisconsin Lutheran (7-0) on the week as well. She struck out 15 against Dominican and 16 against Wisconsin Lutheran.

Coenen drove in 17 runs, scored 17 times and was 17-for-33 at the plate in 10 games for the Muskies. She hit four triples on the week to boost her conference-leading total to 14 on the season.

Adcox won both ends of Benedictine's lone doubleheader of the week, helping stretch its season best win streak to 18. Adcox tossed a 10-inning shutout in the opener of a 1-0 victory over Concordia Wisconsin, striking out eight and scattering four hits. She entered in relief for game two and tabbed the win after spinning 1.1 scoreless frames.

Burris blasted three home runs last week and now has four on the season. She hit homers in both ends of a doubleheader with Maranatha Baptist on Friday and also hit a long ball against Alverno earlier in the week.

Adcox flirted with no-hitters against Rockford, Maranatha and Edgewood this past week. Against Edgewood she did not allow a hit until the fourth inning of a five-inning game. She surrendered just seven hits all week and did not allow an earned run in four starts and five appearances, going 4-0 with 31 strikeouts. Adcox twirled two shutouts and threw three complete games to help Benedictine to an 8-0 week.

Wolski nearly doubled her season RBI total on the week with 17 as Benedictine doubled its longest win streak of the season to 16 games. She posted at least one hit in every game with two or more in six contests. Wolski led team in hits, RBIs, runs, and stolen bases during the week, batting .704 (19-for-27).

Adcox won all three of her starts by throwing complete games in helping Benedictine to the top of the early standings. She posted more strikeouts than innings in all three appearances, and struck out eight in seven innings of work to hand Dominican its first NAC loss.

Christensen helped Benedictine to a 6-0 week and run its win streak to a season best eight games overall by posting at least two hits and scoring a run in every contest and hitting .700 on the week out of the leadoff slot. She recorded a pair of three-hit games and drove in a team best 10 runs during that span. She also drove in five runs in a doubleheader sweep of Trinity International University on Friday.

Adcox did not allow an earned run or a walk in three appearances, going 2-0 on the week with a complete game win over North Central (Ill.). She fanned 11 batters in 11 and two-thirds innings of work from the pitching circle.

Hundertmark was nearly automatic on the week, going 13-for-15 in Rockford's four games for a .867 batting average and a 1.267 slugging percentage. She scored eight runs, knocked in five and had five stolen bases in as many attempts. She was also perfect from the field in five chances.

Adcox hurled a shutout in her lone start of the week, blanking Wheaton College (Ill.) 1-0 in the first game of a doubleheader. She carried a no-hitter into the fifth inning and allowed just three hits in the contest, striking out nine.

Sloan went a combined 5-for-7 (.714) with a home run, two RBIs and two runs scored in a doubleheader split with Carroll University last Friday.

DeFord started game one of Thursday's doubleheader at Wheaton allowing four hits over seven innings, striking out three and walking one. All five runs against her were unearned in the 5-1 loss. She then came in to pitch five innings of relief in nightcap, allowing just two hits and no runs, getting no decision in 3-2 loss.

Morrison led the Crusaders with five hits and eight RBIs last week, helping the Crusaders end their 40-game losing streak with a 23-10 victory against Presentation College on Thursday.

Mahoney picked up a pair of wins at the College Spring Games in Clermont, Fla., striking out 14 hitters in ten innings of work. Mahoney allowed just two earned runs on the trip, posting a 1.40 ERA last week.

Rogers ripped four home runs in the Stars' final three games of their spring trip to the College Spring Games. In six games last week, the Stars' slugger boasted a .688 batting average with seven extra-base hits, including three doubles and four home runs. The Moline native accounted for 21 of the team's 60 runs with 10 RBI and 11 runs scored.

Wilmore hit .462 (6-of-13) with two RBIs last week, extending her hitting streak to six games. The rookie smashed three doubles in four games for a .692 slugging percentage and was also perfect from the field on 21 chances playing at both the shortstop and catcher positions.

Goetz's week was highlighted in a 4-0 win over Gwynedd-Mercy College on Sunday, her third career shutout. She began the game striking out Gwynedd-Mercy's first six batters and recorded 14 strikeouts, walking only three batters, in her second win of the season and allowed only two hits in the game. The day prior she began the season with a win as she fanned six batters and tallied only two earned runs in a 3-2 victory over RIT.

Windish hit .583 with three doubles and a homerun as the Raiders went 2-2 on opening weekend. She also added five RBIs and four runs in the four games.
