Tom Sroka, Aurora University

Sroka won both the shot put (15.13 meters) and weight throw at the
University of Chicago meet, qualifying provisionally in the weight
throw with a distance of 16.99 meters. The Spartans took a
runner-up finish at the nine-team event.

Women's Indoor Track and Field
Amanda Allen, Concordia University Chicago
...6-2...Sophomore...Deerfield, Wis. (Deerfield)...
Allen won the shot put with school record throw of 38 feet,
1.5 inches on Saturday. She scored a team-high 10 points in helping
CUC women to fifth place finish at the North Central College
Invite.

Men's Indoor Track and Field
Khara Williams, Concordia University Chicago
...5-8...Freshman...Elmhurst, Ill. (York Community)...
Williams ran the first leg of the 4x200 relay in 22.38 seconds as
the relay team finished third in the event. He scored 10.5 points
in three events, helping CUC men to one of highest finishes ever in
the Chicagoland Championships, seventh place of 17 teams.

Cheyenne Martinez-Trevino, Concordia University Chicago
...5-5...Freshman...Santa Maria, Calif. (Righetti)...
Martinez-Trevino broke the school's indoor record for the
400-meter dash by 1.21 seconds with a time of 1:02.8, placing sixth
out of 28, earning three points for the team. She also finished
21st out of 45 in the 800-meter run (2:33.3).

Justin Rogers, Concordia University Wisconsin
...6-0...Sophomore...Milwaukee, Wis. (Vincent)...
Rogers broke the school record in the 55-meter dash with a time of
6.39 seconds in the event. He placed first amongst collegiate
athletes with 45 participants in the event. The time also
provisionally qualifies Rogers for the NCAA finals, and currently
places him fourth in the country.

Annie Propson, Edgewood College

The sophomore was the Eagles' top finisher at the Pointer
Invitational where she set a new personal best in the 3,000-meter
run. Her time of 11 minutes, 52.35 seconds was good for 13th at the
event.

Dylan Roff, Benedictine University
...6-0...Junior...Braidwood, Ill. (Reed-Custer)...
Roff helped Benedictine to a fourth place finish at Carthage by
setting a school record in the 55-meter hurdles (8.00 seconds) in
his third place finish, and also by winning the high jump (1.9
meters) with a leap that matched his personal best.

Amanda Heller, MSOE
...5-6...Junior...New Holstein, Wis. (New Holstein)...
At the Tadd Metzger Invitational, Heller broke two school records.
In the 3,000-meter run she had a time of 11 minutes, 35.05 seconds,
placing her third in the event. Her time of 20:57.0 in the
5,000-meter run was good enough for a second place finish in the
meet. Heller scored 14 of the Raider's 37 points in the meet.

Adrian Kibiersza, Aurora University
...6-2...Senior...Des Plaines, Ill. (Maine West)...
Kibiersza's 16-26-meter throw in the shot put, which won the
event, was good enough for a NCAA provisional qualifying mark in
the event. He also set a personal record with his mark in the
weight throw (14.84 meters).

Corrin Koslowski, Edgewood College
...5-8...Junior...Menasha, Wis. (Saint Mary's Central)...
In the mile run, the junior broke the school record by almost four
seconds when she finished in a time of 5 minutes, 47.99 seconds.
With that record, Koslowski now holds six school records, four
individual and two relay records.

Sroka provisionally qualified in the weight throw for the 2010
NCAA Indoor Championships in his first meet of the season. He won
the weight throw with a mark of 17.31 meters and finished second in
the shot put (15.43 meters), just behind an AU teammate.

Amanda Heller, MSOE
...5-6...Sophomore...New Holstein, Wis. (New Holstein)...
Heller took 35 seconds off the school record in the 3,000-meter
run with a time of 11 minutes, 35.85 seconds at the Private College
Invitational this weekend. She was also part of the distance medley
relay that finished first with a time of 14:12.5.

Khara Williams, Concordia University Chicago
...5-8...Freshman...Elmhurst, Ill. (York)...
Williams set a school record in the 60-meter dash, finishing at
7.05 seconds in the preliminaries. He then ran a 7.07 in the finals
finishing second to a Division I, Illinois State University runner
that ran a 7.06. Williams initial effort of 23.1 seconds in the
200-meter dash (2nd out of 24) put him one-half second off the
school record.

Rachel Riske, Concordia University Chicago
...5-8...Senior...Mount Prospect, Ill. (Hersey)...
Riske, who will graduate this semester, competed in her final meet
of her collegiate career breaking two school records. She set the
new record in the mile run with a time of 5 minutes, 37.01 seconds,
beating the old record by 20 seconds. A few hours later, she ran
the 3K in 11:15.94, breaking the old record by 30 seconds. Her two
milestones cap off a fall semester in which she also set the
school's 6K cross country record.
