Stars men's soccer receive at-large berth to national tournament
RIVER FOREST, Ill. -- The Dominican University Stars will represent the Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) in the 2007 NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championships. The Stars (16-3-2) received one of just four Pool B berths to the national tournament and will travel to Whitewater, Wis. to take on the UW-Whitewater Warhawks (15-2-2) in a First Round matchup on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at the Warhawks' Fiskum Field with a second first round matchup featuring Carthage College (13-6-2) and Washington University (Mo.) (13-4-2) following at 1:30 p.m.

Stars crowned NAC regular season champs
RIVER FOREST, Ill. -- The Dominican University Stars secured their second Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) regular season conference championship in as many years, going 9-0-1 in NAC play during the regular season. Throughout the season, the Stars outscored their NAC opponents 46-2 in conference play, surrendering just one goal apiece to Aurora University and Wisconsin Lutheran College.
