Edgewood To Hit Links At NCAA Championships

The NCAA Division III Men's Golf Committee announced Monday afternoon the teams and individuals selected to participate in the 2012 Division III Men's Golf Championships. Northern Athletics Conference champion Edgewood College will represent the conference at the championships, held May 15-18, at the Mission Inn Resort, in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla.

The championships will be hosted by Oglethorpe and the Central Florida Sports Commission.

Edgewood secured its spot in the national event by winning the four-round NAC Championship that spanned the fall and spring season.

The Eagles are making their first appearance in the NCAA III Championship Tournament.
