Laubusch's Runner-Up Finish Scores Weekly Award
Lakeland's Ben Laubusch was named the Northern Athletics Conference Men's Golf Student-Athlete of the Week for events ending the week of April 9-16.
Laubusch (Germantown, Wis.) fired a 6-over 78 at the Elmhurst College Bluejay Classic last week. The senior's score tied for second place, as it was just a stroke off the event's top individual score of 77.
His round helped the Muskies to a fifth-place finish at the 11-team event, which was held at Oak Brook Golf Club in Oak Brook, Ill.
