Benedictine, MSOE earn GCAA All-Academic Team honors
Benedictine and MSOE were two of 22 NCAA Division III men's golf teams that received All-Academic Team honors from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). A total of 103 teams from all division submitted GPAs of 3.00 or higher and earned All-Academic Team recognition.
To be eligible for GCAA All-Academic Team honors a college of university must submit the grade points earned and hours attempted for each player on its official squad list for the academic year.
DePaul (Division I), Lynn (Division II), Grinnell (Division III), SCAD Savannah (NAIA), USC-Lancaster (NJCAA DI) and South Mountain CC (NJCAA DII) were named Academic National Champions for their respective divisions, and DePaul posted the highest recorded team GPA with 3.66.
