Lakeland sophomore Jake Schwarz was selected to the 2010 Inside
Wisconsin Sports All-State Hoops DII/DIII second team, the magazine
announced in its April issue.

AURORA, Ill. --
Aurora University Spartan senior
forward Lance Robinson (Danville, Ind./Danville H.S.) was named to
his second All-Region team this week. The National Association of
Basketball Coaches (NABC) selected Robinson as a First-Team
All-Midwest Region member just days after he was named to the
2009-2010 D3hoops.com Men’s Basketball Midwest All-Region
Third-Team.

NCAA first round
AURORA, Ill. -- The Aurora University Spartan
men's basketball team, currently 18-10 overall and winners of the
Northern Athletics Conference's automatic bid learned of their 2010
NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship Tournament opponent
when the NCAA selection committee announced the bracket for the
field of 61 Monday morning.

All-Americans
WAUKESHA, Wis. -- The 2010 CoSIDA/ESPN the
Magazine Academic All-America Teams for men's and women's basketball
were announced by College Sports Information Directors of America
(CoSIDA) this week and MSOE's Austin Meier was named to the men's
first team, while Lakeland's KC Blahnik was named to the women's
second team. To be eligible, a student-athlete must be a varsity
starter or key reserve, maintain a cumulative grade point average of
3.30 on a scale of 4.00, have reached sophomore athletic and
academic standings at his/her current institution and be nominated
by his/her sports information director.

student-athletes named to CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine Academic
All-District teams
WAUKESHA, Wis. -- The 2010 CoSIDA/ESPN the
Magazine Academic All-District Team for men's and women's basketball
were announced by College Sports Information Directors of America
(CoSIDA) this week, and five student-athletes from Northern
Athletics Conference teams received honors. To be eligible for the
honor, nominated student-athletes are required to maintain a minimum
3.30 cumulative grade point average throughout their academic
career.
