Anderson named Scholar All-American
MEQUON, Wis. -- Concordia University Wisconsin goalkeeper Tom Anderson got his just rewards after 85 games of spectacular saves for the Falcons plus outstanding work in the classroom. He was named to the second team NSCAA/adidas Scholar All-American today.

To be nominated for consideration to the NSCAA/adidas All America squad, student-athletes must have at least a 3.30 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) throughout their career; start more than 50 percent of all games and be a significant contributor to the team.

Anderson, a three year starter in goal for the Falcons, is one of only 22 Division III players named to this elite scholar athlete squad.

The NSCAA/adidas Scholar All-America selections will be recognized at the annual All-America Luncheon, held in Philadelphia, Pa., on Jan. 16 as part of the 2010 NSCAA Convention.
